Creates a link to a Weasyl user account. You don't have the type the tilde ("~") before the user name, it's already coded in the template.
Example:
{{Weasyl|Cuddlebunny}}
Produces:
File:Weasyl icon.jpg Cuddlebunny
{{Weasyl|Cuddlebunny|Her disgusting fur-porn portfolio}}
