Over 40s require a detailed pre-op, which is done the day before the operation
Tell Marla (manager of the recovery centre) that you need one; the likelihood is that she will already have arranged it for the day before the operation
It doesn’t hurt to double check and ask questions: whether they’ve already dealt with something or not, you might feel reassured that everything is under control
